Here we are, week 3 and 0lb lost. Based on my history I could call this a victory since we're halfway through January and I didn't gain anything, but I'm not proud of it.
I have an appointment on the 1st of Feb with a dietitian which I am dreading! Why is it ok to let ourselves down but not other people? I don't remember what I weighed last time I saw her, but I hope it's more than what I'll weigh at the appointment since if I have lost weight, this could well be my last appointment and I'll be put on the waiting list for the surgery 😲
Onwards and downwards!
